If you are pregnant and in pain, just understand that you are not alone. Fifty percent of all pregnant women report experiencing some form of back pain. It may be mild or severe but either way, it affects their daily life and activities. However, this not need to be the case, by taking correct measures like regular exercise, correct posture, massage and other therapies can greatly minimize this pain. In addition to this, the pregnancy back brace has been designed specifically to tackle the pain and ensure that you go through this period feeling better.

There are several factors responsible for lower back pain during pregnancy. The hormonal changes are a common cause. Relaxing is a hormone released during pregnancy to allow the relaxation of the ligaments in the pelvic area for preparation of the birth process. The process may result in pain. Weight gain put a lot of stress to spine and if need spread equally, may cause severe pain. The other possible causes include posture and stress.

The back brace is designed to accelerate the processes of healing and recovery from any form of injury. Pain minimization helps reduce stress and allow you to perform your daily activities with no much stress. In most cases, they are usually custom fitted and helps correct the posture and the curvature.

Muscle separation is the other common cause of the pain. It results from the expansion of the uterus as a result of the growing fetus. The rapid expansion of the uterus leads to separation of the Sixpack and rectus abdominis muscles thereby worsening the pain. In addition to this, weight gain, which is a normal occurrence, puts more pressure on the spine, the nerves and the blood pressure leading to the pain.

They are specifically designed to be adjustable and fit as the body size changes with growing fetus. It is there to specifically support the rapidly changing structure of the body and help distribute weight equally thereby minimize the pain associated with the process. It is designed with a foam belly part that is meant to fit under the belly thereby providing the list to the abdomen as required.

The belts come with foam belly which is designed to be able to fit under the belly. This allows the belt to provide lift and support to the abdomen which also helps minimize the pain. In order to stop the support from the possible sliding down the body, the belt is fitted with the suspension strap.

When it comes to the process of maintenance, it's quite easy. It is washed in the ordinary machine wash. However, caution must be taken not to iron the belt or use any dryer. IT should be washed with a mild detergent and then dry in the sun.

Before buying one, it is better to consult your physiotherapist who should be an expert in assessing and managing the pregnancy related issues. The physiotherapist first conducts the initial assessment before recommending the perfect solution which may require the use of the belt in addition to other therapy options such as massage, joint mobilization, physical exercises, and posture education. All these techniques are used to minimize pain.
