To create a personal body wrap might seem to be complicated but the steps can be simplified by know certain tricks. However, this would involve careful planning and schedule before you would even start. Also, you would have to take time in shopping for the products to be used.

You would not have to buy the ready made ones but you can certainly make your own. Spa heat wraps would primarily need rolls of elastic bandages which come in various sizes. They are already available in drug stores or you may order them from medical supply companies and an average adult would need fifteen rolls.

The next step that you have to take is to buy some safety pins which are large enough to fasten the bandages or you may look for them in your sewing kit. These will be needed because it would be hard to keep the whole thing in place if not because of these. Most of the bandages would already include some clips however pins would be better for a smoother work.

Moreover, you should as well secure the necessary solution and these can be readily bought in most stores but you may opt to make your personal solution. All you have to do is to obtain the necessary ingredients. The contents and amounts of each ingredient would depend on the health needs and the aroma therapeutic preferences of the user.

One more thing that you should be informed about is that you must also have a PVC suit that is used for working out which can be bought in stores for sporting goods. This is not very pricey and its material is rubber like which is effective in promoting sweating. This is not among those sweat suits which are made of fleece but this is secured by strings or velcro too.

Then, you would have to turn on the heat inside the home with your heating system or you could bring a portable heater in your bathroom. This would be necessary because you might feel a little chilly when you apply the piece. This will also keep you out of the drafts which cause the chills.

It should follow then the setting up of all the tools which you have already gathered all together before you start the application. While you wait through the whole process to finish, you can bring along with you a book so you would not be bored. The solutions should also be mixed with warm water before applying.

The mixed solution should then be poured into a bucket which should be enough for the soaking of the bandages. To avoid burning your skin, you may add cooler water or adjust the temperature of the tub. Then do the soaking until the ingredients would be absorbed and then remove one wet wrap at a time.

Furthermore, wrapping these on your body should be tight enough but not too much to impede blood circulation. In applying on your legs, start with one leg and then end on the knee and do this with the other leg too. Be sure that no skin will be left exposed.
