This same venue will be the one revisited every time habits and belief structures are to be modified.

Once in this final zone, the suggestions previously decided on can be made. These impressions are designed to re-set the unconscious thought patterns. The subconscious always responds to positive suggestions and immediately takes them to be the truth. As a result, the use of techniques that re-train the inner self will be very effective as the deeper being begins thinking of the individual as slim and healthy.
