Dont crouch too much. While crouching is totally legal, it does cause a harmful effect on the neck. You must stand or sit properly instead of doing such task. In such manner, there would be no agony that would trouble you someday. Do this for the improvement of your own welfare.

Pay a visit to your doctor if you feel your condition worsens. One obvious thing you can consider is to visit your medical practitioner. When he says some advice and suggestions, better heed to them. After all, they have the knowledge and the experience.
