Humbleness; training is important in changing the thinking and attitude of an individual. Trainers show trainees the importance of remaining humble during their engagement. To attend training throughout until the end requires one to be humble.

Discipline; a person who is disciplined comprehends what he or she should do and what he or she should not do. Disciplined people live life that is not stressful because they do not engage in activities that do not benefit them. Training helps learners become disciplined.

Confidence; when young people involve themselves with this kind of training, they develop self-confidence and also self-esteem. These are boosted especially when trainees win awards. It has been found out that people who lack self-confidence at beginning of training gain it after the end of training.
