Life can be very tough at times. People have very many things to do at the same time while using the same limited resources. This leads to the piling of stress and fatigue in the body and mind. These two can slowly work a person until they cannot function properly anymore at times.

Living in a healthy way will save one from very many dangerous problems and complications. It also reduces the rate at which a person gets old. Exercise in particular keeps all the cells in the body active and hence alive. This makes the person to look young and vibrant at all times.
