Dating has always been something that men and women always look forward to. Whether it is the first time or the nth time, we always have that thrill of getting to know someone who could be a perfect match, and of course, we always want dates to end exciting as well. Although it is not always the case, you can still have a great time if you will prepare for it well. Who knows you might end up finding a new friend instead. Below are some lifelong dating and fitness guidance that you might find helpful.

When creating your profile it is important to post a current photo of both your head and full body. Do a close up shot of your face and then a more zoomed out full body shot. This is to avoid any disappointment later. You don't want to fool anyone with older photos where maybe you look a little younger or are just a little thinner than you are now.

Even though times have changed, women still love a gentleman. Show respect and courtesy, opening the door for her, instead of rushing ahead of her. Women like to be complimented, so you may want to start the conversation with a compliment, but remember to not go overboard.

Fun Trip: This is a fun tip for dating. If the girl you are taking out on a date insists that she is on a diet and is not interested in dinner, take her out on a fun trip. You don't have to spend much; you can simply take her for a hike in the woods or perhaps cycling. Consider taking her boating if you are near the sea.

These tips for online dating are only guidelines but they are a good place to start if you are new to dating. In today's fast paced world speed and online dating can really save you time in finding that special someone. But be careful because it must be done right or you can end up getting more than you ask for.

It is also worth noting that a fit, curvy and well-maintained look goes a long way in enhancing the relationship. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids during and after exercise to replenish fluids lost during your workout. Water is especially beneficial to lubricate and hydrate your body and to keep your skin and hair looking youthful. Eight 8-ounce glasses a day is the minimum.

Working out can dehydrate you sometimes without you realizing it. Drink two 8-ounce glasses of water for every half hour of exercise as well as before and after your workout.

Dancing is excellent for the body as well as for the mind and spirit. Any kind of music and dancing, as long as you enjoy it and move to it, will benefit your body whether dancing fast and long enough to be a cardiovascular exercise or slower and for shorter periods to help stretch your body. It's all beneficial, and for all ages! The last step should be stay working on your goal on a consistent basis. This step is an important one because without consistent effort you will not achieve your goal of getting fitter. What is important for you to avoid is taking things too fast.
