Tans come in different forms and names but one stands out for a number of reasons and that is tan in a can. One thing that makes it unique is its formulation which includes oxygen that delivers instant results when it touches the skin. There are no aerosol propellants which ensures there are no streaks or other flaws that can spoil the effect.

Another x-factor of tan in a can is that it fine-tunes itself according to the natural color of the skin. In addition to a tan, skin is also left firmer with the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines reduced. It is a favorite on models for shoots and fashion shows and actors. Theatre actors also often use it to achieve special effects.

Tan in a can uses ingredients that not only impart color but also condition the skin including firming it up. It is made up of aloe vera which is mixed in with purified water, caffeine which is a proven skin firmer, a vitamin complex that smooth and soften the skin, glycerin and Senegal gum among other ingredients. Harsh chemicals that can cause skin reactions are strictly avoided.

Allergy sufferers may be reluctant to try tan in a can for fear that it may trigger a reaction. This is an issue has been addressed with the use of gentle ingredients. The fragrance has also been deliberately played down. There is just enough of it to mask that unwanted obvious smell of artificial tanning products.

Those with an oily skin type may also avoid artificial tan products because they fear that the oiliness may be made worse leaving their skin greasier and more susceptible to breakouts. Tan in a can will have no such effects even on those with oily skin. This is thanks to a light formula which is applied the right way as a light mist, will be a light coat on the skin rather than a layer than will cause the pores to get clogged.

Ensure that the place where tan in a can will be done has good ventilation. Also, skin should be clean and completely dry. First shake the can well and to apply, spray on a mist of it and do so from a distance of at least 10 inches.

Tan in a can should not be applied directly or too closely to the skin. Also, keep moving the can so that results are even and not blotched. Once the tan is applied, it will last for at least three to five days. If application is just a bit heavier than a light mist, it can last for up to seven days.

Tan in a can may be purchased in numbers in order to get it at a lower price. This way, you can have enough to keep the tanned look going for a while. The more cans you buy, the less you pay for each. You can conveniently purchase it online or from leading stores and beauty shops.

If it is used correctly, tan in a can may be used on two adults from head to toe with a little left. The effect is seen on the body in just about a minute and on the face in just less than five seconds. With tan in a can, you do not have to worry about hands that turn orange as you apply the products. You do not have to touch the product or blend it. All you have to do is spray it on.
