People may prefer the group because they have other people to listen to who have been through a similar situation.

Medication is one thing that is available. However, it shouldn't be the sole solution, because this is not always healthy. Talking about the problem is useful.

Practical methods are also helpful. A person who is suffering from various problems which relate to a lack of focus may benefit from creative therapy. The non-verbal process has been very effective which is led by a therapist who has training in this particular area. They will give the client projects to do. The client will be fully focused on what they are doing. Creativity like this also helps in other areas which can be really rewarding.
