Weigh how you are adding weight every month. This will help you know when you are adding too much weight. The sad thing with adding too much when pregnant is that it becomes challenging for you to lose this weight after you give birth. Ask your doctor to advise you on healthy weight management.

You should also ensure that you wear comfortable shoes. Too high shoes may not be good for you. Also, avoid slippery shoes that may make you slip and fall. Also, you should check your spa style. Avoid spa styles that can lead to overheating. Ensure that you your massage therapist know that you are pregnant so that he or she can know the best oil and techniques to use on you.

It remains important to visit your doctor regularly. Pregnant women have high risk of developing dental issues. You therefore should ensure that your take your appointments with the dentist seriously.
