Most of the time people quit exercise programs due to their tight schedule at home or work places. The consistency of attending lessons motivates them to attend without failure as they are allowed to choose the most convenient time for their exercise.

Apart from the passion for exercising, the most important step is to move. Do not just say you will start a class, say and do it.
