Know your limits and accept them. If you realize multiple activities are the sources of your strain, you better stick to what you can manage. If your abilities cannot manage a job and learning concurrently, do one that cannot wait and postpone the other. It is wise to do fine and progressively improve as times goes by rather than holding more and losing much.

Learn and practice relaxation techniques. These are important especially when one has no much time to engage in outdoor activities. These techniques include yoga, muscle relation, massage therapy and meditation. They help reduce the levels of stress considerably if directed by trained personnel.
