You know that we are going to be like fools if we think that life is long. Life is short. It is also what many people say. What ever you believe in, the answer is obvious. No one is truly ready for what life ahead has prepared for us. You are never an exemption. Perhaps, you have known some individuals who experience tragic conditions such as an Alzheimer.

Many endured the massive effects of this treacherous condition. It does harm to the cognitive process of the brain which is in charge of retaining important things in life such as memories and more. If you knew someone with this condition, knowing some stimulating activities for Alzheimer patients could help. Some are in the following.

Watch family videos. Doing this could help stir up their memory through tapping different emotions they felt at certain moments they see throughout the video. It causes their brain to function well. Although they needed some great reinforcements from someone they truly value, you have to reconsider helping them sincerely.

Do arts and crafts. There are a lot you can do. Think of ways to unlock creativity and push them to think beyond what they can do. You see, even they have this condition, you need to remember they are still the person you once knew. Never be tempted to think that they are equivalent to nothing just like what others usually think. It is just a myth, not a fact.

Initiate musical activities. This makes them think more about the musical notes. Even if they are just listening, they shall let you know that they felt something significant, especially if they were able to recall something from their important past. It has been because people can easily connect with music, commonly with those musically inclined individuals.

Cook or bake together. Cooking their favorite meal or the ones that their loved ones always wanted to have. For them to taste the food they had some attached memory with could help them exercise their ability to recall, making them able to reminisce whatever things they have to think about in connection to such.

Work on puzzles. This is a mind game. You see, games that makes the mind work helps people like them a lot. So, if you have someone dear who experiences this dilemma in life, give them a bonding time treat. You can do it by splurging them with games they could have fun with and making them better at recalling things they've had in life.

Go green. Going to a botanical garden is one. Being in such a place allows them to think and even want to plant one. Let them do so. It makes them exercise their mental capacity, making them think more. The more they do so, the more they can be able to recall significant things in their lives. So, it is your responsibility to help.

No matter how much you would deny the fact about their disease, they will never interact with you the way they normally do. But, what you can do is to make them feel loved even if they have not remembered things about you. So, now is the time to make your stance. Help them. Conquer their disease with compassion.
