It is not only the neutral spine. You should also pay attention to our core. For the core, know that this is the foundation of your exercise. Through paying attention to your core, you can maintain the alignment of the body even when exercising. To be successful in this, you should learn to contract your own abdominals.

Length is another principle that you will have to focus in this exercise. You have to know just how far the limbs can reach when you are moving while keeping the spine aligned and the core contracted. Do not forget about breathing. You have to breathe when you are exercising. When it comes to breathing, you have to do it deeply into your rib cage. Doing that allows you to properly circulate the air that is sitting right in the bottom of your lungs. If you exhale that, you can just imagine that all toxins are expelled along with your breathe.

You need an instructor so that you can go ahead with the said exercise. While you can learn from one instructor, there are times when you should vary the instructor teaching you. If you vary your instructor, then you will get to learn more than just one specific certification. You have a lot that you can learn, after all.

Enjoy yourself. There is no point in this exercise when you are not enjoying yourself. It would be better for you to take the said exercise as a personal journey because this is the only way for you to enjoy it and have fun with it. Once you do that, you can surely feel the progress of your exercise from within.
