You may have been in a position that feels like you are choking. That breathing seems difficult. Things around you just got tangled up and you no longer have a space to breathe. And since you can no longer breathe on your own, you suddenly cry out for someone to at least help you out to gain the air you need.

This situation is alike to a patient, unconsciously lying in bed for operation. There is a tendency to have difficulty in breathing. Surgeons normally use endotracheal tube with subglottic suction to secure their ability to breath. It serves as an open passage through the upper airway. In that sense, if the patient loses its capacity to breath, the tube will help him out.

You may think of yourself as too small to make a difference. Do not limit yourself that only well-known and successful people can do it. You notice people within your circle who needs some cheering. Give people a passage way to breath. Make people feel better by being with them. Show them you care. They will surely appreciate a listening air.

You first need to know the problem. Admit that you need help. No patient can be helped out if he hides something from the doctor. We may not be talking about physical problem here, but normally these problems causes more damage than any other physical illnesses. Get your case figured and be brave to admit you want help.

Far from being an agony, it eases worries. The doctors have that confidence that they will never run out of air. Imagine how difficult it would be without this thing. So simple, yet so helpful, that you will think about thanking whoever thought about it. You cannot afford not to have it during operations.

It certainly does its job well. Looking at it from afar, it does not seem to do much. Just imagine yourself swimming. You may last from few seconds to a few minutes, depending on your capacity to hold up your air. But eventually you will need to go back up to get some air. But if a patient runs out of air, he does not have a way to swim up.

Another helpful tip is getting helped out. It could from someone you look up to. Since you already had yourself figured and admitted that you need help, be open for help from the surrounding people. Ask help from people who can lift you up from that situation. It is okay to ask for help.

Everything starts from a humble beginning. Keep pursuing goodness. Now listen, do this without neglecting yourself. Love yourself so to learn to love others. This does not mean that you need to give out what you have but share it. Remember that there is more opportunity to help out more others if you are in good shape.

All the things or people around can do, is to encourage you to be strong and be well. The decision will still come from you. You know you can do better that be a victim of your circumstance. Be anything you want to be, just handle you trials well.
